Board of Governors Performance Monitoring

Monitoring Reports are completed in accordance with GP-03 Board Planning Cycle and Agenda Control and document the monitoring compliance by the President with Executive Limitations and Ends policies. Reports are read in advance of the Board of Governors meetings, and Board discussion occurs if Board members assess interpretations of policy as unreasonable, identify non-compliance, or identify potential need for policy amendments.
