Our philosophy at Northeast Audio has always been to teach the core fundamentals. ANYONE can learn how to operate recording equipment. But only the engineers who understand the theoretical basis of the tools they use will be a true success. Successful graduates leave Northeast with the fundamental skills necessary to succeed in ANY aspect of the audio engineering world.
Hands-on training is not an option at Northeast Audio - it's required! Our students benefit from the use of our facilities from the very beginning with individualized lab lessons. Upon achieving sophomore status, students may earn the privilege of scheduling studio time for their own projects after hours.
