The O’Neill Extended Campus is located at 505 East Highway 20 in O’Neill, Nebraska. The facility has state-of-the-art classrooms, computer labs, advanced health and science labs, and a technical training wing that can accommodate welding, industrial and agriculture-related courses.
Opportunities through the O’Neill Extended Campus include early entry classes for high school students in both transfer and technical areas; health related course offerings – lifetime wellness, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), first aid; short-term technical training prospects in areas such as welding, small engines, agriculture, wood working, and certifications; business and industry training in areas such as entrepreneurship, leadership, succession planning, and employee on-boarding; and student support services such as advising, testing, tutoring and a writer’s clinic. In all, over 100 credit and non-credit courses and classes are offered through the extended campus.

NORFOLK - In observance of Independence Day, all offices at Northeast Community College in Norfolk and its extended campuses in O’Neill, South Sioux City and West Point, will close on Friday, July 1, at 3 p.m. The college and its extended campuses will re-open Tuesday, July 5, at 8 a.m.

NORFOLK – Susan Risinger Green has joined Northeast Community College to serve as the campaign coordinator for its proposed Agriculture, Water and Energy Center of Excellence. She joins the College after more than 27 years at WJAG, Lite Rock 97.5 and 106KIX Radio in Norfolk, where she served as assistant news director and farm director.

KEARNEY – Dr. Michael Chipps, president of Northeast Community College was recently named the recipient of Nebraska’s prestigious Elaine Stuhr Leadership and Advocacy Award. He received the award during the Department of Education's 2016 Nebraska Career Education (NCE) Conference here. More than 600 Nebraska Career Education teachers, school counselors and administrators attended the conference.
