Students to read poetry and stories on December 6

NORFOLK, NE - Students in Creating Poetry and Creating Stories at Northeast Community College will read selections from their works written during the fall semester at an upcoming presentation.

The public is invited to the free student reading on Wednesday, December 6, at 7 p.m. in the Northeast Community College Library Resource Center on the Norfolk campus.

Creating Poetry students schedule to read include Ashlyn Andreasen, Rebecca Folda, David Kalet, Diana Martinez and Kellie O’Byrne. Creating Stories students will include Ashlyn Andreasen, Rebecca Folda, Elizabeth Hixon, David Kalet, Kellie O’Byrne, Alexander Retzlaff, Tessa Steinkraus and Robert Vaughn.

Each writer will read for approximately five to ten minutes.
