Instructor Natalie Butterfield will draw on insider knowledge, with family going back 140 years here, to share “the stories behind the stones” at the historic O’Neill Cemetery. Besides answering general questions like “What’s with those concrete tree trunks?”, you will be hear tales of heroism, hilarity, and undying love. Meet men who risked their lives in dedication to duty, like William Froelich, the remarkable Kearns brothers, and hear of a blood feud that lasted beyond the grave.
