Course Description

Constructive feedback is good! Surprisingly, a significant percentage of the workforce population welcomes, even craves, constant feedback about their job performance. Giving feedback will improve organization growth and development. When properly given, feedback enhances job performance and promotes professional and personal growth in employees. Feedback allows employees to move forward, change and grow! The concepts shared in this program are designed to be highly applicable to the role of assessing the performance of other people. In this workshop you will assess the current view of appraising performance; identify the purpose of formal performance appraisals; develop clear goals; recognize common evaluation errors; discuss coaching and counseling; identify the six steps to providing constructive feedback and demonstrate skills necessary for effectively providing constructive feedback.
