Leading in a Changing World

Course Description

Change suggests progress, growth, success and also the possibility of failure, uncertainty, and fear. The fundamental challenge of implementing change is how to help people through their fears and doubts so that they experience the joys of growth and success. Knowing how to deal with these human aspects of change is critical to our success as leaders. Most people agree that too many transitions are occurring too fast. The solution is to increase resilience, the ability to demonstrate both strength and flexibility in the face of frightening disorder, in yourself and in those you lead. This program will identify the process that take place when change is necessary, techniques to demonstrate strength and flexibility, and to outline the steps necessary to facilitate the transition in your organization.
