    COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Twenty-one Northeast Community College student-athletes have earned academic honors through the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). They are among 5,300 students nationally to be recognized for achievement in the classroom during the 2016-17 academic year.

    AMES, IA – Several members of Northeast Community College’s athletic teams have earned post season academic honors. The twenty-three student-athletes have been named to the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Spring 2017 All-Region Academic Teams. Northeast is one of 14-members of the ICCAC.

    NORFOLK, NE – The Northeast Community College men’s soccer team has signed two recruits from Norfolk and Columbus. Trent Jorgensen, Norfolk Catholic, and Anthony Kosh, Scotus Central Catholic in Columbus, will play for the Hawks next fall, according to Doug Seigle, Northeast coach.

    NORFOLK, NE – Two area recruits have committed to play soccer at Northeast Community College. Doug Seigle, Northeast soccer coach, said Cale Frahm, and Nate Broders, have signed to play for the Hawks this fall.

    Nebraska City's Riege signs to play soccer at Northeast

    NORFOLK - The Northeast Community College men’s soccer team has landed a recruit from Nebraska City to play for the Hawks this fall. Derek Riege, of Nebraska City High School, will join the Hawks’ soccer lineup in the fall, said Northeast Coach Doug Seigle.
